Nos encontramos a pocos minutos de los accesos a las pistas de esquí de Grandvalira, en zonas como Canillo, El Tarter o Incles.
En verano, nuestra ubicación es también ideal para disfrutar de paseos y rutas de montaña, rodeados de naturaleza y tranquilidad.

💛 House rules & respectful behaviour We want you to enjoy a calm and pleasant stay, designed for rest and relaxation. To ensure a peaceful coexistence, we kindly ask all guests to behave respectfully towards the apartment, the neighbours and the surrounding environment. Guests agree to respect the building rules and to avoid any disturbing, harmful or inappropriate behaviour.
🕙 Quiet hours To ensure everyone’s rest, quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
🐾 Pets Pets are welcome upon prior request and confirmation by the accommodation.
🏡 Apartment check (check-out) On the day of departure, the condition and proper use of the apartment may be checked. If everything is in order, the security deposit will be returned according to the agreed conditions.
🤍 Admission and care of the accommodation The accommodation reserves the right of admission and, in exceptional cases, the right to terminate the stay in the event of a serious breach of the agreed rules, such as: exceeding the maximum number of allowed occupants, identity falsification, inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour, or misuse of the accommodation. In such cases, the reservation may be terminated without refund, always prioritising respect, good coexistence and proper use of the space.
